It is your responsibility to ensure that appointments are kept.  If you arrive late for an appointment it may need to be rescheduled.

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

If two or more consecutive appointments are missed, cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or are attended late, we may not be able to complete your NHS treatment or offer you appointments in the future.
